The booking will be considered definitive if accompanied by a deposit, equal to 30% of the total stay, by credit card or bank transfer to be sent to the current account:

The deposit is a guarantuee for the location and will be not refundable in case of cancellation.
It is possible to book the room category, but it is not possible to choose a specific room or the floor where it is located.
The conditions of sale which are an integral part of the offer are implicitly accepted when the amount intended as a confirmatory deposit is credited.
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code.
Cancellation conditions:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, to reduce costs, like written on that side.
In case of cancellations, the following cancellation charges will be charged:
In case of no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation beyond three months, nothing beyond the deposit is due; for cancellations between 3 months and 1 month from the date of arrival a compensation of 40% of the total stay is due; between one month and a week from the date of arrival the compensation is 70%, within one week of the arrival date 100% of the total stay.
For late arrival and / or early departure, the entire amount of the agreed stay will be charged.

Special cancellation conditions for winter 2022/2023
Apartments:
The prices in Euro for the apartments are per week, linen and towels included;
Tourist tax not included in the price (EUR 2,8 per person per night over 14 years)
Upon reservation there is also the possibility of having bread daily, the breakfast (request the day before until 5 p.m.) and the cleaning of the apartments with the relative linen changes (paid services).
Supplement for a stay of less than 4 days; Breakfast 18,00 Euros per person per day;
Rental of camping cot for children € 20,00 per day;
Included in the price is the use of the wellness area (in the winter months) open every day from 16.30 to 19.00, closed on Saturdays , Whirlpool for a fee.
For the house rules it is not possible to bring friends not lodgers in the apartments for dinner or parties.
Rooms:
The prices are per person per day including breakfast (if reserved with breakfast);
City tax is not included in the price (EUR 2,8 per person per night)

Check-in & Check-out:
• The rooms and all the services of the Garni are at your complete disposal from the day of arrival (from 15:00) until the day of departure (until 09:30). Check in before 20.00. It is possible to check after this time only in agreement with the reception.
• in case of late arrival or early departure, compared to the booking, you will be charged 100% of the booked stay.
• In case of late check-out with room vacated after 09:30 (subject to availability and in any case only by prior arrangement) € 20.00 per person will be charged (meals excluded).
• To protect you from possible penalties, due to cancellation of the booking following illness or other serious impediments, we recommend the travel prevention service indicated below.
Terms of payment:
The introduction of the new limit on the use of cash is up to € 2,000.00. However, you can also pay by credit card (Mastercard and Euro Card) - Bancomat.
City tax:
As of 01 January 2024, we are obliged to collect a municipal tourist tax of € 2,80 per person and night for all people over 14 years.
Tax is not included in the price in your stay.
Transfer orders:
In case of cancellation of the stay, 100% of the booked period will be charged. There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code.
Access reserved to the structure:
Access to the Wellness area and gardens is allowed only to guests of the Garni Sunela.
Unfortunately dogs and pets are not allowed in our hotel. We thank you for your understanding.
Price lists:
In case of incorrect indication of prices, we reserve the right to adjust them. However, we refer to the current price lists.
Smokers:
We allow ourselves to remind guests that, both in the rooms and in the apartments, smoking is not permitted as in the rest of the hotel, not even in other rooms.
Travel cancellation insurance:
Something unpleasant can always happen before embarking on a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you will be economically insured on your amount. A delayed departure, a cancellation or the interruption of your stay, could cause penalties to be borne by you. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. In these cases, the EuropAische would take over the costs.
