Terms of sale:
The booking will be considered definitive if accompanied by a deposit, equal to 30% of the total stay, by credit card or bank transfer to be sent to the current account:

Please specify "confirmation deposit - customer surname" in the description.

The deposit is a guarantuee for the location and will be not refundable in case of cancellation.
It is possible to book the room category, but it is not possible to choose a specific room or the floor where it is located.

The conditions of sale which are an integral part of the offer are implicitly accepted when the amount intended as a confirmatory deposit is credited.
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code.

Cancellation conditions:

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, to reduce costs, like written on that side.
In case of cancellations, the following cancellation charges will be charged:
In case of no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

For a definitly reservation we kindly ask you for a deposit non refundable of 30% of the tot. amount by credit card or bank transfer

The deposit will be a guarantee for the accomodation but cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.

It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 30 days before arrival and the deposit paid can be reused for a new reservation within 12 months.
If the reservation is canceled between 29 and 15 days before arrival, an additional 30% deposit will be taken and it will not be possible to recover it, reservations canceled 14 days before arrival have a 100% penalty.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers codexis not complemplated.

 

Apartments:
The prices included linen and towels;
Upon reservation there is also the possibility of having bread daily, the breakfast (request the day before until 5 p.m.) and the cleaning of the apartments with the relative linen changes (paid services).
Breakfast 18,00 Euros per person per day;
Rental of camping cot for children € 20,00 per day;

For the house rules it is not possible to bring friends not lodgers  in the apartments for dinner or parties.

In case the apartment is left dirty, we charge an additional fee for the extra time of cleaning.

Rooms:
The prices are per person per day including breakfast (if reserved with breakfast);

Wellness:

Included in the price only in the winter months:open daily from 5.00PM to 7:00PM (closed on saturdazs) Whirlpool at an extra charge.

In summer, open on request (reservation one day prior) with additional cost.

 

Check-in & Check-out:

Check in from from 15:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. After this time it is possible to check in only in agreement with the reception.

Check out by 09:30 AM. Departures after this time only by arrangement and avaibility. Additional cost.

 

City tax:
Tourist tax of € 3,60 per person and night.
Tax is not included in the price in your stay.

 

Access reserved to the structure:
Access to the Wellness area and gardens is allowed only to guests of the Garni Sunela.
Unfortunately dogs and pets are not allowed in our hotel. We thank you for your understanding.

Price lists:
In case of incorrect indication of prices, we reserve the right to adjust them. However, we refer to the current price lists.

Smokers:
We allow ourselves to remind guests that, both in the rooms and in the apartments, smoking is not permitted as in the rest of the hotel, not even in other rooms.

Travel cancellation insurance:
Something unpleasant can always happen before embarking on a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you will be economically insured on your amount. A delayed departure, a cancellation or the interruption of your stay, could cause penalties to be borne by you. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. In these cases, the EuropAische would take over the costs.
